You’ll have space to breathe without needing to have everything figured out. Just showing up as you are is enough. Together, we’ll take things step by step, at your pace, with care and compassion. We will work to uncover your strengths, nurture your resilience, and help you create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and uniquely yours.

Fees

  • Intake session for therapy is 75 minutes and is $310.

  • $225 per session

  • $225 per hour
