It can be incredibly challenging to navigate what’s going on in our minds or to know what kind of support we need. Many of us seek understanding and feel unsure which direction to turn. This wondering can be frustrating, and I take special care, consideration, and collaboration when helping clients find answers that can help them live their lives more aligned with their values.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and the pressures of achievement as well as athletic performance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. With my clients, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface and untangle patterns that may no longer serve them, so that they can move toward living a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
